  • Collection Drive for School Supplies

    Collection Drive for School Supplies

The Service Learning and Community Engagement Center is partnering with the West End Connection Team to host a supply drive for the kids who live in that community.  We will be collecting backpacks and school supplies (as well as lunch bag items such as juice boxes, crackers, gold fish, Gatorades, raisins, etc.) July 19 – July 30.  These supplies will be given out to the kids in the West End Community on July 31 as part of a fun park day planned for them.  We will have some TN Tech students out there playing games with them and helping to hand out supplies.

School supplies are on a huge sale right now, so if you would like to donate to a child, you can drop off your donations in the Roaden University Center, front lobby, first floor.  Or you can also text Shaquawana at 931-650-0115 if you need the supplies picked up.
