September is National Preparedness Month
September is National Preparedness Month
2022 Theme: A Lasting Legacy – The life you’ve built is worth protecting. Prepare for disasters to create a lasting legacy for you and your family.
This is an opportunity for the Golden Eagle Community to take a moment to reflect and prepare for emergencies and disasters. Being prepared can keep you and your family safe, give you peace of mind, and provide a roadmap for recovery. No greater motivation to ensure your own personal preparedness is needed than the EF4 Tornado Putnam County experienced in March 2020.
Tennessee Tech EHS and PD are continually preparing for the possibility of disaster on campus. To learn more about emergency action plans during specific disasters on campus and be better prepared, visit EHS website Emergency Preparedness.
