Being an SOA provides students with great leadership experience, as well as many other great benefits.

    C & S Day Winner

    Sarah Starkey won the gift bag donated by the Office of Communications and Marketing  at the 2023 Clerical and Support Day held on Aug. 4.  She was one of the many clerical and support staff who attend the C&S Day and entered the drawing for the OCM gift bag.

    Starkey, a financial associate with the College of Engineering, has been at Tech for eight years.  She spent three years in the Center for Career Development, three years in Arts & Sciences and is currently enrolled in Organizational Leadership in School of Professional Studies.

    She has been married to her husband Eugene for 11 years and currently serves in several leadership roles in Cookeville Junior Woman’s Club, a local nonprofit.  In her spare time, she likes to create crafts for gifts and cook.
