This sentiment, shared by a 1981 engineering alumnus, echoes what we hear so often. Together, throughout the six-week fundraising period, alumni, faculty, staff and friends provided $1,191,304 for scholarships, programs and initiatives that put students first.

Alpha Delta Pi is hosting a fundraiser event this Saturday, March 23rd. It will be located on the quad from 10 am- 3pm. There is no admission fee to attend and you can come and go whenever you please. There will be lots of food trucks, vendors and activities. The proceeds from this event benefit the Ronald Mcdonald House Charity of Knoxville. Everyone is invited and welcome to attend this event! Contact (931) 581-0886 if you need more information.

There will be a dodgeball tournament on March 21st in Mem Gym starting at 7:00pm! The entry fee is $5. The winner will receive free 7Brew coffee, a Chick-fil-A gift card, and more!
This is a final group project for the BMGT-4520 class, and all proceeds will go to the Magnolia Foundation charity.

We have reached the halfway point for I Heart Tech Students! This six-week fundraising effort will conclude on March 27 (Tech’s Charter Day!), so don’t miss your chance to be a part of it. When Tech’s Food Pantry opened in 2012, it served approximately five people each week. Today it serves up to 40 people each week and has expanded to include an auxiliary pantry in the library and a large refrigerator for perishable items. This is thanks to donor support.

The Graduate Chemistry Club (GCC) will be holding a bake sale in the south atrium of the Laboratory Science Commons on Thursday, March 7 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be a variety of baked goods available and we accept cash and card. Funds raised go toward helping support registration expenses for graduate students to present their research at national conferences.
