This event is open to all students in all majors and counts towards the Purple Career Readiness Certificate for junior and senior students. Bring your Eagle Card.

Feeling tired of school already? Stop by the Careers n’ Coffee on Monday, September 9th and grab a free coffee while talking to recruiters from Bowen Engineering Corporation. Located in the lobby of Prescott Hall, this event will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Bowen is a national construction company that works primarily in Water, Wastewater, Industrial and Energy sectors. They are regularly listed as one of ENR’s top 50 environmental contractors. They are growing and need help from Tech’s very own! Check out Handshake for more information!

Join the Department of Chemistry as we host Emeritus Professor Dale D. Ensor for a seminar on Friday, Sept 6 at 3:00 p.m. in SLH 126. The presentation will detail stories of scientists that correctly interpreted the unexpected experimental results and made life changing discoveries including x-rays, insulin, penicillin, Teflon, and cisplatin. The Center for Counseling and Mental Health Wellness will be hosting a group focused on addressing road blocks and bumps experienced entering college, during college, about to complete college. Adulting can be hard, let’s make it a little less daunting by working together.
