You’re Invited to join Intercultural Affairs in our Annual Welcome Back Meet Up on Tuesday, August 27th at 11 am in the Roaden University Center (RUC) Tech Pride Room (RUC 101)!

This annual event brings together the students, faculty, staff, and administrators to meet and greet each other as we start off a new academic year! Student organizations and a couple of departments will be available to share with you about their groups and how you can get involved with them this year! We will be sharing information about Intercultural Affairs and how you can get connected with our office. Refreshments will be provided!

We hope to see you as we share in food, fun, and fellowship as we kickoff the new academic year! Please bring your colleagues and friends to join us!

Are you looking for a part-time job this semester? Join the Center for Career Development on Wednesday, August 28th, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Centennial Plaza for the Welcome Back Part-Time Job Fair! Open to ALL majors and students, many opportunities await.

Join the Center for Career Development on Tuesday, August 27th, at 11 a.m. in Stonecipher Hall, Room 102 for the first Purple Career Readiness Workshop! Our knowledgeable staff will teach you how to successfully highlight your skills to have an employer-ready resume!

This event is open to all students in all majors and counts towards the Purple Career Readiness Certificate for junior and senior students. Bring your Eagle Card

Please join the Center for Addiction Prevention and Support as we honor students and community members that have died due to drug overdose. This event will have several community resources to meet and learn from, guest speakers, and several ways to honor lost loved ones. August 29th beginning at 7 p.m. on the Quad. Need a break from school? Come join the Center for Career Development for the first Careers N’ Coffee of the semester on Monday, August 26th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the lobby of Prescott Hall. Make sure you grab a free coffee while speaking with recruiters from Skanska Group.
