We will work hard to find solutions, not excuses.
It is easy to be a critic of ourselves and others. It is hard to match each of our criticisms with a solution. It’s easy to see limitations and obstacles. It is hard to turn negative situations into opportunities. But to be successful in service to our students and each other, we need solutions, not excuses. Don’t settle for mediocre. In this last principle most of all, we need bold, fearless and confident spirits to tackle problems and knock down barriers.
