Wondering What To Do With Your Prom Dress? Consider Donating It!
The SOLO Events Committee is seeking donations of gently used formalwear (i.e. suiting and gowns) for their Spring Masquerade Ball. Kenneth Clack, President of the SOLO Events Committee, describes the gala as “allowing students from all backgrounds to enjoy a night of celebration – boosting confidence and creating a sense of belonging.”

Spring 2025 Mid Semester Instructional Diagnostics
The CITL now offers two mid semester instructional diagnostics: Small Group Instructional Diagnostic (SGID) and Mid-Point Instructional Diagnostic (MID). Both provide straightforward evaluations using student feedback to help faculty improve their courses before the semester ends. Step Up! Bystander Intervention Training
The Center for Counseling and Mental Health Wellness will be hosting a bystander intervention training workshop on Thursday, February 20, 2025 from 11am-12 noon in RUC 387 Eagle Resource Room. The training will be focused on the Step Up! Model of raising awareness on how to help others when responding to problems or concerns. Engineering Quad Parking Lot – Traffic Pattern Modification
Due to several concerns being brought to Facilities attention by faculty and staff, on Monday, February 24th, the traffic pattern at the engineering quad parking lot will be modified. The area area currently allows for 2-way traffic at both entrances, but this will be changed to a one-way traffic pattern, with the East end being the entrance, and the West end being the exit. Additionally, 4 “Facilities” parking spots will be added to further reduce congestion at the entrance and exit.

Faculty are invited to apply for the CITL TechTrendsetters Grant, which supports integrating emerging technologies and digital literacy into curricula. Grantees complete the OLC Online Teaching Certification, work with an Instructional Designer, and receive salary support and tech funding.
