April 7-11, 2025, is Graduate Education Appreciation Week in our nation. This is an annual event to celebrate and emphasize the contribution, impact, and value of our graduate students. The College of Graduate Studies invites graduate students to attend special on-campus events during the week. New domestic applicants will save $35 if they apply within the month of May. This is a great way to encourage individuals to take the first step in the application process. The Brass Arts Quintet’s most recent recording, “Imaginings: Celebrating 60 Years with the Brass Arts Quintet” has received Silver Medal – Outstanding Achievement recognition from the Global Music Awards as part of their March 2025 award season. This album was recorded in Summer 2023, and was released on Mark Records in Fall 2024. It is available on most major streaming services, and CDs can be purchased directly from the Mark Records website.
