    The Rural Reimagined Faculty Grant Program offers TN Tech faculty members the opportunity to secure up to $20,000 in research funding to address rural challenges. All academic disciplines are encouraged to submit a proposal. The application window is currently open now through Friday, September 26, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. CST.

    Are you struggling to work through unresolved trauma? Join our trauma recovery group to learn about the different ways trauma can affect us, develop techniques that may help in times of distress, as well as being a positive support for others who also struggle with the same experiences. Credit is crucial to all kinds of financial transactions, from financing a car (or house!) to renting an apartment. Dr. Alma Nuñez, Professor of Finance in Tech’s College of Business, will be leading our workshop.

    On Tues., Sept. 2nd at 11 AM in Brown 315, the Electrical and Computer Engineering Honor Society Eta Kappa Nu (IEEE-HKN) will be hosting guest speaker Dr. Dale Blair. He will be giving a talk about his engineering experiences and giving general advise to engineering students at Tennessee Tech. He presentation will include topics about controls and sensors as well as how engineering is used in industry and how your time at Tennessee Tech will provide you with tools to solve any problem.
