ASME Student Section Meeting – September 22
Join TN Tech’s ASME Student Section as we host an internship/Co-Op/research show-and-tell session during our next meeting on September 22! We will open the floor to anyone who has completed an internship or Co-Op, been involved in undergraduate research, or worked on campus to share about their experiences in a friendly, low-pressure environment. This will be a wonderful opportunity to highlight the value of these experiences and give you a chance to ask questions if you are interested in pursuing one yourself.
Our meeting will be at 11:00 am (dead hour) in Brown 315 and is open to any engineering-related major. If you have had an internship, Co-Op, or research experience, or are even remotely interested in pursuing one of these positions, we highly encourage you to attend. Bring a friend or three. (There will also be free pizza!)

We welcome students to join us on WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 21 at 12:00 AM in LSC 1211 for a MEET & GREET and INFORMATIONAL MEETING We will also be discussing the upcoming BLOOD DRIVE that we have planned for TODAY in front of the library, and we are looking for volunteers to assist with promotion of this. We have a lot of exciting opportunities planned for this year and we look forward to having students join our organization.

Calling All Ladies in Engineering! Career Fair Prep Event!
All Ladies in Civil Engineering (ALICE) and Society of Women Engineers (SWE) will be hosting a joint Career Fair Prep Event on September 20th from 6pm-8pm in Prescott 215. All ladies who are majoring in Engineering or who would like to major in Engineering are welcome to attend. We will have Sonja Higgenbotham from the Career Center speaking about how to prepare for the upcoming Career Fair on September 27th. Afterwards, there will be a Q&A session and an informal resume review with your fellow upper-class students.
