March Water Week Creative Writing Contest!
CALLING ALL WRITERS!
The Office of Sustainability is hosting our second annual Creative Writing Contest for this year’s Water Week (March 21-25)! We are open to all forms of creative writing, such as short stories, plays, poems, comics, etc. The only criteria is that your work must be centered on the theme of WATER and be no longer than 1,000 words!
Submissions opened March 7th and will close on March 25th! We cannot wait to see what you come up with!
Oh, and the winner will receive a sustainability gift bag and be featured on our website and social media!!

iLearn Quizzes Part 2
Join the Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning for our next workshop session, iLearn Quizzes Part 2 on Tuesday, March 8th at 11 AM. During this session, Lauren will cover topics concerning the grading and management of quizzes once they have been taken. As well as issues that may occur, and how to fix them, such as incorrect answers selected for the questions, manually grading, resetting attempts, and more. Register below. The EXPW Department is hosting a free 5- week swim clinic for faculty, staff & adult community members starting in March at the Memorial Gym Pool. Are you a beginner looking to learn to swim or a good swimmer looking to improve? There will be both a beginner clinic and an advance clinic offered each day. 2 convenient days to choose from including:
Monday evenings: starting March 7
- 6:00- 6:45 pm: Intermediate/ Advance Clinic
2. 7:00- 7:45 pm : Beginner Clinic
Tuesday evenings: starting March 8
- 4:30- 5:15 pm: Intermediate/ Advance Clinic
