Annual Onsite Wellness Screening
Registration is now open for our Annual Onsite Wellness Screening on Wednesday, September 21, 2022
The ParTNers for Health Wellness Program is a voluntary wellness program available to all state and higher education employees and spouses enrolled in health coverage. Each participant will be able to earn up to $500/year ($250/year for the eligible member and $250/year for eligible spouses). If you want to earn the cash incentive for completing a biometric screening you can attend our onsite screening.

College of Business faculty member remembers Vince McMahon’s late mother
Ryan Nation, Lecturer of Business Management and Tech alum, was recently published on the pro wrestling news website SlamWrestling.net.
Nation’s article chronicled his relationship with Vicki Askew, the late mother of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon, who passed away earlier this year at the age of 101.

Main Food Pantry Closed for Renovations
The main food pantry on campus will be closed for renovations May 9 – June 19, 2022.
In the interim, the Auxiliary Pantry in the library will be stocked and open for clients to stop by once a week if they would like, any hours the library is open.
Another option for folks needing the assistance May 9 – June 19, is the First United Methodist Church Pantry over in downtown Cookeville. They serve our students anytime we are not able to be open | 165 E. Broad St., Cookeville, TN 38501 | 931.526.2177.
As long as renovations go as scheduled, we plan to be open June 20 – July 28, 2022 | Mondays and Thursdays | 9am – 5pm | with volunteers from the Food, Nutrition and Dietetics graduate and undergraduate programs.

Attention Members of the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System (TCRS)
Beginning May 9, state and higher education employees who are members of the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System (TCRS) will have the opportunity to elect their representatives to the board that oversees their retirement benefits.
Every three years, TCRS administers an election, the election of state employee representatives is being conducted May 9 – 27, and state employees are encouraged to vote. The upcoming term for new state employee representatives on the TCRS Board of Trustees begins July 1, 2022.
On Monday, May 9, ElectionsOnline will email all state employee members on behalf of TCRS from the email address, vote@skypunch.tech. The email will provide a link for state employees to vote electronically.
Please note that the email from vote@skypunch.tech has been authorized by the Tennessee Department of Treasury and is not spam.
To be eligible to vote in this election, you must be a member of the TCRS. By casting your vote, you will certify your membership. You will cast your vote for two candidates and may only vote one time.
