This free online course is designed to help participants better understand substance misuse, addiction, recovery, and the vital role allies play in reducing stigma. The course is designed to be completed in one hour, but the learning modules can be completed at your preferred pace. It is open to anyone who wants to support the recovery community. Register here.

Title VI Training
As mandated by the Tennessee Tech Board of Trustees, all University employees must complete Title VI training. To access the training, locate the red tab for Title VI training on the Campus Resources Card in Tech Express.
The deadline for completing this training is Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
Completion of this training is a component of employee performance evaluations. Failure to complete the training by the April 1st deadline will result in termination of access to Tennessee Tech computer resources.

HR Office Relocation
The Human Resources Office, currently located in the Library, Room 360, will relocate to its permanent location in Derryberry Hall, Room 146, on Wednesday, February 11. During the relocation, the HR office will be closed from 1-4:30 on the 11th.

BACKDOOR PLAYHOUSE NEW ONLINE TICKET SALES
The Backdoor Playhouse has launched its new online ticketing system: buy tickets online, select seats in real time, and receive email confirmation, eliminating long queues and first come, first serve seating. As part of this upgrade, The Backdoor Playhouse will transition to a cashless ticketing process. Tickets will be available for purchase using credit or debit cards only, both online and at box office. This change supports faster transactions, improved security, and a smoother overall experience for customers. The system is officially live and customers can access it here!
