Tennessee Tech endeavors to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse and investigate such matters. If you have any knowledge of fraud, waste, or abuse, please report it to one of the following:
- Your supervisor
- Tech Internal Audit – (931) 372-3045
- Tech Online Reporting
- State of Tennessee Comptroller’s Hotline – (800) 232-5454
- State of Tennessee Online Reporting

General Complaint Reporting
Tennessee Tech has a form on Internal Audit’s website for confidentially reporting complaints about accounting, internal control, auditing matters, code of conduct, discrimination/harassment/retaliation, and other issues that are NOT fraud, waste, or abuse. Complainants remain COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS to Internal Audit unless the last section of the form is completed. General complaints received on this form are routed to appropriate campus departments for follow-up.
The form can be submitted online or completed, printed, and mailed to Internal Audit, PO Box 5154, Cookeville, TN 38505.

Eagle Pay Payment Site and Eagle Online Registration UNAVAILABLE
The Eagle Pay Payment Site and Eagle Online Registration will be offline during the following timeframe due to fiscal year end processing:
Friday, June 28, 2024 from 4:30PM CST until Monday, July 1, 2024 at 10:00AM CST.
Students will not be able to make online payments or access registration during this time frame. This affects services such as Eagle Online Registration and Eagle Pay Payment Site.

Tech ASPIRES is back!
Thanks to the generous support of President Oldham and his office, Tech ASPIRES is back for summer and fall semesters! Tech ASPIRES provides trauma-informed services for students, staff, and faculty who experience interpersonal violence, particularly sexual violence. Tech ASPIRES provides specially trained Registered Nurses (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners) to provide forensic exams to those experiencing sexual violence. We also connect you with additional on-campus and off-campus services per your preferences and needs. We are available 24/7 and can be contacted at 931-372-6566.

Mary C. McCaskey appointed AVP for Enrollment and Student Success
The Division of Enrollment and Communication is pleased to announce that Mary McCaskey has been appointed as the Associate Vice President for Enrollment & Student Success.
In her new role, Mary will provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for enrollment services, including Admissions, Career Services, Financial Aid, Scholarships, International Education, Veteran Services, and Enrollment Operations. Her goal is to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to all constituents, including prospective, current, and former students, as well as academic and administrative departments, and faculty and staff.
Previously, Mary served as the Director of Financial Aid and Military and Veterans Affairs, where she was responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and institutional aid programs. She oversaw the administration of these programs, including all veteran and military aid benefits, and led responses to internal, state, and federal audits. Mary also worked to maximize the role of Financial Aid in recruiting and retention efforts, providing counseling and advising to students and parents on financial needs, aid opportunities, academic progress, eligibility, and procedures.
“Mary has demonstrated a consistent, high-level commitment to the university’s mission and vision,” said Karen Lykins, Vice President for Enrollment & Communication. “She is known for her knowledge and leadership skills in various roles, including director, compliance officer, colleague, advisor, trainer, and subject matter expert. I am confident that Mary’s work in her new role will support and enhance collaboration and success across campus.”
Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Bethel University and a master’s degree in Divinity from Memphis Theological Seminary. She has also served a five-year term as President of the Tennessee Education Association of Veteran Program Administrators and has been a valued employee of Tennessee Tech for nearly 10 years.

Audit or Review Reports Received from External Agencies June 2024
To comply with State Audit directives and Tennessee Tech Policy #130, any audit or review reports received from external agencies should be forwarded to Internal Audit when they are received throughout the year. If you or your department have received any audit or review reports from external agencies during FY23 that have not already been forwarded to Internal Audit, please send them to Deanna Metts (dmetts@tntech.edu) at this time. As you receive reports in the future, please send them to the same address.
Please note – this request does not apply to accreditation reports.
