    Math Department hosted an Integration Bee

    On Thursday evening April 11, the Math Department hosted an Integration Bee.  An online qualifying round resulted in eight students vying in person for the first place prize of $125.  Second and third place winners received $75 and $50 respectively.  Funds were donated by the College of Arts and Sciences.  First place was secured by Charles Hasting, a Senior Math/Chemical Engineering major, from Maryville, TN.  Second place went to sophomore Mechanical Engineering major Trevon Collins from Smyrna, TN.  Simone Azzani, a sophomore Civil Engineering major from Crossville, TN took third place.
     
    Contestants received a T-shirt designed by the Math Club.

    Drug Safety Moving Supplies – April 25th – Inside the UC!

    Storing prescription medication safely while moving is an easy way to protect yourself, your friends and family! The Center for Addiction Prevention and Support will be handing out pill bottle locks and drug disposal packets inside the UC today! We will also have fidgets and stickers to help combat end of semester stress! See you there!

    Title IX prohibits colleges and universities from discriminating on the basis of pregnancy, childbirth, or related conditions. As a result, pregnant students are entitled to reasonable accommodations and adjustments such as appropriate restroom breaks, accessible seating, and excused absences deemed medically necessary by a physician.

    Autonomous Robotics Club to compete in VEX Robotics World Championship NEXT WEEK

    The Autonomous Robotics Club VEX U team is excited to be competing at the VEX Robotics World Championship next week! VEX Worlds, the largest robotics competition in the world, is held each April in Dallas, Texas. The top teams from around the world earn a spot at VEX Worlds throughout the season and are invited to clash one final time for the title of World Champions.

    If you choose to use confetti, please pick up after yourselves.  With your help, we can keep campus beautiful for future generations of Golden Eagles!
