    Graduate Assistant — The Center for Rural Innovation

    TCRI is hiring a Graduate Assistant to support program operations for the Tennessee Rural Fellowship. Responsibilities include building and maintaining workflows/SOPs, templates, and program documents, coordinating calendars, agendas, and notes, organizing shared resources, and assisting with reporting and logistics for meetings, webinars, and communications.
    Compensation:$1,200/month + course fee support
    Term: Spring 2026 (may be renewable) • Hours: 20/week

    Help Brighten a Child’s Day – TACRAO Service Project

    Show your Tech Pride and help us make a difference at this year’s TACRAO Annual Meeting!  We’re collecting new children’s books for Chattanooga’s Erlanger Children’s Hospital to share comfort, joy, and the love of reading.

    📚 What to Bring:
    New books for infants through teens (no used books, please) – you can find inexpensive options at Dollar Tree, Ollie’s, and more!  Best of all, books are easy to pack!

    💪 Make it Fun:
    Turn it into a campus or office competition to see who can bring the most books!

    The University established the Scholar-Mentor Award to honor TTU’s long history of close relationships between faculty and their students. The award honors a faculty member who displays outstanding mentorship, integrating scholarship, research, and teaching excellence. The deadline for submitting nominations for the 2025-26 Scholar Mentor Award is Friday, November 21, 2025.
