Reception for Amber Green
Please join University Advancement on Monday, August 18, at 3:00 p.m. in the Varsity Building to celebrate Amber Green and her many accomplishments as Director of Development since July 2020. She has accepted a major gift fundraising position at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital in Knoxville, and her last day will be the 18th. Most recently, Amber worked with the College of Education and Human Sciences, the College of Fine Arts, and the College of Arts and Sciences. Light refreshments will be served.

Financial Aid Office Scheduled Closure
The Financial Aid Office will be temporarily closed from 11:30 AM until 2 PM on Wednesday, June 11.

PeopleAdmin Scheduled Downtime
Human Resources would like to notify all Faculty and Staff that PeopleAdmin services will be down for scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, June 4th, beginning at 5:00 PM (CDT). Downtime is expected to last for approximately thirty minutes.

Notice to submit gift-in-kind forms
To comply with Foundation Policy #005, any staff member who accepts tangible property must submit a gift-in-kind form documenting the donation. If your department has accepted any items by a donor, alum, or business this fiscal year, please submit a gift-in-kind form no later than Friday, June 20. Gift-in-kind guidelines can be found here. Budget Office – Budget Revisions & May Training
Any budget revision request forms that the Budget Office receives will be held for final review and processing until after the current estimate and proposed budgets are finalized and submitted to the state on May 5th. We appreciate your patience during this time. Please note for the remainder of fiscal year 2025, any budget revision requests will need to be temporary.
