    Recruiting New Faculty/Staff Pool Team

    We are recruiting for a new Tennessee Tech faculty/staff pool team! League play will take place on Sundays, beginning at 2:00 p.m., at STIX. The venue is family-friendly, smoke-free indoors, offers a great food menu, and is a safe environment. All skill levels welcome. We need 5-8 players per team.     Police Officers recently completed the Tactical Emergency Casualty Care training

    Several Tennessee Tech University Police Officers recently completed the Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) course, taught by the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT). TECC training prepares officers to provide life-saving care in high-risk situations before EMS arrives, enhancing the department’s readiness to respond to critical incidents and better protect the campus community.

    TTU Police command staff attend Campus Safety Conference

    Chief Fred Nichols and Captain Mark Hillis of the Tennessee Tech University Police Department attended the Tennessee Higher Education Commission’s Campus Safety Conference held at TSU’s Avon Williams Campus. The event brought together law enforcement and campus safety professionals from across the state to collaborate on strategies to enhance safety and emergency preparedness on college campuses.
