UPDATE – Key Request Submission Process
Key requests have been added to the work order portal!
This is a one-stop location for your work order needs. As a reminder, when submitting your key request, the appropriately signed key request form(s) must be attached.
Feel free to submit a test work order to familiarize yourself with this process, noting ‘test’ in the request box. Effective 10.6.2025, Facilities will no longer accept forms via interoffice mail, email, or in person. Key returns will continue to be accepted in person.
As a reminder-key pickups and returns can be done at the Facilities office, 8:30a-10:30a and from 12p-4p, Monday through Friday.

Jenna Matthews, legal assistant with Looper Law and current law student, with experience helping domestic violence survivors navigate the court system, will be joining us to lead our session.
