Faculty are invited to apply for the CITL TechTrendsetters Grant, which supports integrating emerging technologies and digital literacy into curricula. Grantees complete the OLC Online Teaching Certification, work with an Instructional Designer, and receive salary support and tech funding. Upcoming Talon Town Halls – Save the Date!
The Talon project has scheduled two town halls to provide information and updates to the campus community. The first town hall will be on Thursday, February 27 from 2:30-3:30 p.m. in Bell Hall Room 282 or virtually at this link to discuss and answer questions related to the change to a bi-weekly pay schedule for all hourly staff and student employees. The second town hall will be on Wednesday, April 23 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. in Bell Hall Room 282 or virtually at this link. This will provide an update on the overall Talon project to date, upcoming activities, and a Q&A session. We encourage all interested faculty, staff, and student employees to attend these upcoming events!

Biology Department Professor Dr. Brad Cook chosen for Lifetime Achievement Award
The Department of Biology recognizes Dr. Brad Cook, recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Tennessee Chapter of the American Fisheries Society for his significant contributions to fisheries science and management in Tennessee. Dr. Cook has taught fisheries science at TTU for over two decades.
