    The Talon Purchasing Forms and Payment Forms have been reinstated. If you have Purchase Requisitions that need to be submitted you can now submit those in Talon. However the punchout catalogs are still down for maintenance.  If you have any questions you can contact the Purchasing and Contracts Office.

  • Talon Procurement Requester Training

    Talon Procurement Requester Training is scheduled for July 15, 2026 from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.  This class covers the basics of how to create, edit, and withdraw purchase requisitions, view the purchase order lifecycle, create receipts, change orders, paying an invoice against a purchase agreement, using a payment request form, and creating contract requests.

    Construction and Maintenance Related Campus Impacts

    With the ACME Engineering Building construction beginning, Tennessee Tech will have four major capital projects underway simultaneously. This represents an unprecedented level of construction activity on campus not seen since the sixties. This volume of work reflects both the scale of recent investments into the campus and the substantial coordination required by university staff, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to successfully deliver these projects.

    Please be aware of several impacts to traffic patterns on campus are depicted in the attached image.

    Eagle Pay Payment Site and Eagle Online Registration will be unavailable beginning June 30th at 4:30 PM. It will be available July 1, 2026 once fiscal year-end processes are completed.

    Be a vendor at C&S Staff Day 2026!

    The Staff Advisory Committee to the President is looking for departments interested in joining us at our 6th annual Clerical and Support Staff Day on Friday, August 7, 2026!

    Departments can set up a vendor table where attendees can learn more about resources on campus. C&S Staff Day 2026 will be in Stonecipher Lecture Hall and doors will open at 7:30am for set up with registration starting at 8am. Attendees can browse vendor booths until the 8:45 welcome and during breaks. The event ends around 12 pm. Tables and chairs will be provided for vendors, we just need to know how many seats you’ll need. Tablecloths and and tabletop decorations/items can be from your department, feel free to use your creativity!

    The Volpe Library recently purchased the latest collection of eBooks on artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things from World Scientific Publishing. The titles cover a wide variety of topics from data science and deep learning to fintech and ethical AI. In addition to this collection, the library maintains subscriptions to eBook collections covering a wide range of computer science subject matter. All of this content is discoverable in EagleSearch on the library web page.

    Tennessee Tech Men’s Basketball FREE Kids Clinic

    Tennessee Tech Men’s Basketball invites you to our FREE Youth Basketball Clinic on June 23 from 5–7 PM at Memorial Gym. Kids entering 2nd–8th grade will have the opportunity to improve their basketball fundamentals, learn from our players and coaches, and meet the new Tennessee Tech Men’s Basketball team.   • Printing Services’ Print Shop Closed for Inventory

    Please note that Printing Services will be closed Monday, June 22 through Tuesday, June 23 for our annual inventory process. Normal operations will resume on Wednesday, June 24.
