First Bartoo Botanical Society Meeting of Semester!
Swing by to learn what the botanical club is up to this semester! The first club meeting for the Bartoo Botanical Society will happen on Feb. 5 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Pennebaker Hall 411. We’ll be discussing the big Spring Pilgrimage in the Smokies as well as discussing other club events happening this semester. We look forward to seeing you all there! Mid Week Peak (MWP)

Blood Drive for Putnam County!
Join Blood Assurance and the TN Tech Rotaract Club in the Tech Pride Room (RUC 101) from 11am – 4pm. Blood Assurance will be set up in the Tech Pride Room to allow you to donate and save lives! All donations benefit our neighbors in Putnam County and surrounding areas. All donations will be given a choice between a burgundy or cream blanket after donation! Help us save lives in our community who helps us so much!

The Autonomous Robotics Club Earns Multiple Awards at VEX U Competitions
This last weekend (Jan 10-11) the Autonomous Robotics Club’s three VEX U Teams, ARC Gold, ARC Purple, and ARC Black, competed at two back-to-back competitions. At the First competition in Monroe Michigan the ARC Black Team won the Design Award and the ARC Gold Team won the Innovate award. At the next competition in Louisville Kentucky, the ARC Black Team won the Tournament Finalist award as well as the Excellence Award, which is the most prestigious at tournaments. The ARC Gold Team also won their second Innovative award at this competition.

Learning to CAD using Onshape
Join the Autonomous Robotics Club on February 4th, 2026 for an education session on the usage of Onshape. Students will learn beginner level skills in CAD and are encouraged to bring their laptops. The event will take place at 7:30 PM in AIEB 147.

Christmas Candlelight Worship
Join UCSC for our annual candlelight worship on December 4th at 9 PM. It will be a traditional night of worship with advent candles. The service will be held at Collegeside Church of Christ in our small auditorium. Feel free to meet at UCSC a little before and we can all walk over together!!
