Don’t miss the best deal on campus!  The History Club is hosting their annual book sale today and tomorrow from 9am-4pm in the Centennial Plaza.  Paperbacks are $1 and hardbacks are $3.  We also have tote bags, buttons, and stickers this year to add to the sale!  Grab something on your way to class, support your campus clubs, and come out to meet us!

Join us for Singo on Oct. 23 at 5 p.m. in Foundation Hall 238! Singo cards will be available for purchase $5 each, or $10 for 3. Gift cards to local restaurants and shops will be given away to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. All proceeds will be donated to the Magnolia Foundation! This is a fundraising event for BMGT 4520.

The Student Members of the American Chemical Society will be hosting a spirit night fundraiser at Panda Express (1020 S. Walnut Ave) on Tuesday, Oct. 8 from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. A portion of the sales will be donated to us if you show the flyer in the image or mention ACS when ordering. If ordering online, use code 3847903 in the fundraiser code box. The funds raised will go toward supporting student travel to conferences to present research. The sky isn’t big enough for two birds…

The Battle of the Birds Giving Challenge launches at noon on Thursday and runs through noon on Saturday, Aug. 30. Join alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends and help Awesome Eagle beat Cumberland University’s Phelix the Phoenix in a 48-hour showdown to see which school can raise the most.

Then, join us at Tucker Stadium at noon on Saturday when the Golden Eagles take on Cumberland University in our first football game of the season. The winning mascot will be crowned at halftime.
