    Tennessee Tech faculty and researchers are invited to a virtual TTAC information session at 3 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 9. Learn about commercialization resources available to Tennessee Tech through TTAC, including the Proof of Concept Program, which provides $1,500-$15,000 for prototyping, market research, testing and validation. Learn about eligibility, proposal development and how to apply. Register online to attend.

These trainings are led by our Division of Campus Safety and will equip you with actionable information to help you respond in the event of severe weather, medical emergencies, and active attacker scenarios. All university employees are strongly encouraged to attend.

The Launchpad Student Success Center invites students, particularly first-year students, to attend Study Skills for People Who’ve Never Studied Before on Sept. 1 from 3:00-3:45 p.m. in Room 120 (Testing and Learning Center) of Volpe Library. Students will learn practical, science-backed strategies to improve retention, increase study efficiency, and prepare for academic success. Please encourage students who may benefit to attend.
