Join the Gretta Stanger Center for our last GSC Craft Club of the semester today (Tuesday, April 28) from 11-12:00pm in RUC 339. Join the Gretta Stanger Center for The Clothesline Project today (Tuesday, April 28) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Tech Pride Room of the RUC. The Clothesline Project displays handmade shirts bearing witness to interpersonal violence in our community, and each shirt is decorated to represent a particular survivor’s experience. This beginner-friendly session is designed to help you loosen tight muscles, calm your nervous system, and feel refreshed going into finals week. You’ll learn proper foam-rolling techniques and gain a simple, effective tool to help manage stress and support your body.
No experience necessary. Foam rollers will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite if you have one!
