    Hygiene Drive – Ends Jan 30th

    We encourage you to donate to support the TTU Food Pantry! Donate hygiene items by this Friday, Jan 30th. The hygiene drive started on January 19th and runs through January 30th. Donation boxes are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Roaden University Center (RUC), in Intercultural Affairs spaces, and at other campus buildings like TJ Farr and the STEM Center. Suggested items are listed on the attached purple flyer.

    Veronica Robles and Los Dorados Mariachi Band Jan. 29

    Center Stage is proud to bring mariachi superstar, Veronica Robles, and her band from Boston to Tennessee Tech. She and her ensemble members will be doing a residency on January 28 and 29, including a masterclass with our very own Mariachi los Dorados de TN Tech, a Dead Hour educational program, and a free concert open to the public on Jan. 29 at 7:30pm in Wattenbarger Auditorium.

    FIRST LEGO League Volunteers Needed!

    It’s FIRST LEGO League Championship time and we need you! We need a lot of volunteers to make it a successful and positive experience for all those involved.

    The event is February 6th and 7th, 2026 in the Memorial Gym.

    Set-up will be Friday, starting at 5 pm.

    The tournament is Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm, half-day shifts are available.

    Volunteers receive a T-shirt and lunch at the Caf.

    The Launchpad Student Success Center will host From Panic to Productivity: Prevailing over Procrastination from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., Thursday, January 22nd, in Room 120 (Testing and Learning Center) in Volpe Library.

    In this workshop, you will explore why people procrastinate, connect productivity strategies to your situation, and draft a plan that fits your personal motivation.

    Aimed to give a dedicated time and space, once a month, for creative engagement, peer connection and collaboration. Much like our past “socials” but with a creative twist! Many of us crafters, craft alone and maybe only at home. The GSC Craft Club is hoping to connect those people, while also being able to share and learn potential new skills!
