Are you struggling to work through unresolved trauma? Join our trauma recovery group to learn about the different ways trauma can affect us, develop techniques that may help in times of distress, as well as being a positive support for others who also struggle with the same experiences. This group will meet every Friday from 3:00pm-4:00pm in the Eagle Resource Room, RUC 387, starting September 22nd. Contact Tessa Benefield at tbenefield@tntech.edu if you’re interested. Launchpad’s Success Series- Mastering College Connections
Effective networking begins on day 1 of college, not at graduation! For first-year students, it can be hard to know how to get connected to the college campus. Yet, networking strategies are skills students take with them into their lives and careers. This workshop is geared toward first-year students to teach networking strategies that can immediately be applied.
