    This event is open to all students in all majors and counts towards the Gold Career Readiness Certificate for freshman and sophomore students or the Purple Career Readiness Certificate for junior and senior students. Bring your Eagle Card for a quick sign-in.

To receive credit for attending, you must log in with your Tennessee Tech email, participate if asked to during the workshop and be present for at least 80% of the presentation, and make sure that your camera is turned on during your attendance.

    Budget Office training sessions for November have been scheduled if anyone is interested! Below is a brief description of each training:

     

    General Budget Training: This training gives a big picture overview of the university budget, Banner screens, and budget revisions. This training is required for signature authority on budget revisions.

    Budget Banner Screen Training: This training focuses specifically on the Banner screens frequently used for budgeting purposes. This is an optional training course.

    Budget Shadow System Training: This training focuses specifically on our Shadow System Template. This is an optional training course.

  • 2021 Holiday Payroll Deadlines

    November Deadlines
    • Extra Pay timesheets are due by 4:30 P.M. on Friday, November 5th
    • October leave reports are due by Tuesday, November 2nd (Approvals due Friday, November 5th)
    • The deadline for receipt of any payroll changes normally due by the 15th is 4:30 P.M. on Thursday, November 11th
    • November monthly payroll is on Tuesday, November 30th

    December Deadlines
    • Approval of Student/Temp payroll in TimeClock Plus is due by 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 1st
    • December Student and Temp payroll is on Friday, December 10th
    • Extra Pay timesheets are due by 4:30 PM on Friday, December 3rd
    • November leave reports are due by Thursday, December 2nd (Approvals due Tuesday, December 7th)
    • All other payroll items normally due on the 15th are due on Tuesday, December 7th
    • December monthly payroll is on Wednesday, December 22nd
    • Any checks not picked up will be mailed at noon on December 22nd

    January Deadlines
    • Approval of Student/Temp payroll in TimeClock Plus is due by 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, January 4, 2022.
    • Time for December may be approved at any time in TCP prior to the deadline.

  • Sick Leave Bank Enrollment – Faculty & Staff

    The annual enrollment period for Faculty and Non-Faculty Sick Leave Banks is October 1 through October 31, 2021. If you are already a sick leave bank member, you do not need to re-enroll.

    Please complete your enrollment form via DocuSign at Sick Leave Bank Form. Your form must be received by 4:30 pm on October 31, 2021. Please note that if you do wish to participate, the assessment will be fifteen (15.0) sick leave hours for full-time employees (prorated for permanent, part time). This will be deducted from your November Leave Report which will be turned in at the first of December.

    NOTE: You may receive sick leave donations from other employees only if you are a sick bank member. Since the beginning of the program in 1989, there has not been a need to require more than the initial assessment of 15 hours for each full-time member.
