  • TBR announces new funding opportunity for low-cost or free educational materials

    The TBR announced its “Open Educational Resources and Low Costs/No Costs Educational Support Materials” funding opportunity with a Nov. 1 deadline and funds available for Spring 2021. These grants target digital education initiatives and creation of educational support materials that are low, or no, cost to undergraduate and/or graduate students in new or existing campus services or programs to increase equity in access among historically underserved student populations, including, but not limited to, students of color, low income students, adults, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and traditionally underrepresented genders. Projects should involve collaborations across departments to ensure an institutional approach. Please complete the internal Notice of Intent to Submit Proposal form if you are planning to apply.     Please join us for the 16th Annual Nolan Fowler Constitution Day Celebration on Thursday, September 17, at 6 p.m.  This year’s event will be held virtually via Zoom.  In honor of the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment’s ratification, our speaker will be Ms. Paula F.
