The Tennessee Tech Volunteer Form has been revised and placed in DocuSign for routing. This form is to be used for Tennessee Tech Volunteer Services pursuant to Tennessee Tech Policy 689, Volunteer Services, for individuals who are not employees (volunteers) that they may donate their time and services to Tennessee Tech.
To determine whether such a volunteer arrangement is appropriate, the volunteer and the volunteer’s supervisor must complete the Volunteer Services Agreement and Statement of Understanding Form at least ten (10) business days prior to the performance of any services. The use of the current volunteer form will be discontinued immediately.
