English majors and graduate students co-author chapter on Generative AI

Students in Dr. Mari Ramler’s Artificial Intelligence and Technical Communication class (PC 4950, 5950) have been chosen to co-author, with their instructor, a chapter for an edited collection, AI in Technical Communication: Emerging Technologies and Pedagogies. Undergraduate students Sydney Askins, Katie Barnes, and Grace Grubbs and graduate students Nimotallahi Assize and Amina Begum had their proposal, “Beyond Refusal: ‘Co-Intelligence’ and ‘Coded Gaze’ as AI Literacies,” accepted for inclusion in the upcoming volume that will be published by Routledge.
