Friday Cafe is a student-led restaurant housed in Oakley Hall. Students enrolled in Quantity Food Production plan the menus, prepare the menu items and serve the lunch to guests. This hands-on learning lab is unique to the TN Tech campus and provides students with a realistic experience in a foodservice environment. This required course is part of the Nutrition and Dietetics concentration.
