Electronic W-2 consent option and address changes for W-2s due by Friday January 13, 2022.
Please review the following reminders concerning the upcoming delivery of W-2’s. For added security, we encourage that you elect to have your W-2 electronically delivered through Eagle Online/Banner Self-Service. To do so, follow this path: Banner Self Service>Employee>Tax Forms>Electronic Regulatory Consent. You can consent to have both your W-2 and 1095-C delivered electronically. If you prefer the paper copy delivered to your address on file, please review your mailing address and make any required changes on the Change of Address Form. Any updates need to be sent to the Office of Human Resources [Derryberry Hall 146] no later than 1/13/2023.
