Friday Café is the hands-on learning experience for foods and nutrition students in Human Ecology. We are excited to announce that we will be back in the dining room (OKLY 005) this semester and will also offer a carry-out option that can be picked up at the Friday Café kitchen door (OKLY 006). Meal service and carry-out will begin at noon. Dates will be Feb 4, Feb 11, Feb 18, Feb 25, Mar 4, Mar 25, and Apr 1. Menus are available on the Human Ecology website and meal purchase will be available through MarketPlace. Meal reservation must be made through MarketPlace by making prepayment before noon on Wednesday for Friday’s meal. Meal cost will be $8.50.
