Alpha Phi Omega invites students to join us for a movie night on Thursday, September 10 at 6:00 pm, in the Lab Science Commons, 1211 (adjacent to Einstein Bagels). We’ll be discussing the planning of a relief drive service project to collect necessary household goods and other supplies for victims of the recent storms impacting middle and western Tennessee (Waverly). We also are planning on watching Monty Python and the Holy Grail as well. We’d love to see you there!
Alpha Phi Omega is the nation’s largest community service organization with chapters at almost 400 colleges and universities in North America and the Philippines. We’re a professional fraternity — open to men and women. The organization is dedicated towards developing leadership skills through the planning and organization of community service projects and fostering lifelong friendships in its members that lasts well beyond graduation. This is a great way for those involved in service learning programs and the honors college to obtain your service hours for scholarships.
