Our very own, Don Sowers, Interdisciplinary Studies, is on the ground for TN Tech and is running the volunteer reception site for general volunteers. He has requested these items and we would love to be able to drive some of these items over to him on Friday. They will be used by volunteers for week and months to come.
Team Rubicon is on site as of 2pm today will begin getting clearance for volunteers to come in and begin mucking out the houses. If you are unable to volunteer doing manual labor, maybe you would like to help cook, feeding volunteers and victim through an organization called Mercy Chef. Ms. Lisa Saylor would love your help. Contact Michelle Huddleston at volunteer@tntech.edu to be put in contact with Lisa.
