Friday Focus sessions are designed to provide just-in-time resources and information for faculty throughout the semester. Each session focuses on a different resource, tool, or program available to faculty. During this session, Dr. Kevin Harris, the Associate Director of the Office of Institutional Assessment, Research, and Effectiveness (IARE) will provide an overview of the University course evaluation process, called IDEA. He will discuss how to select appropriate Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) prior to student completion of the IDEA evaluations and provide tips on how to garner a good response rate.
