Student & Faculty Spotlight: Three PTC Students Intern With Rural Reimagined

Rural Reimagined (RR) continues its successful partnership with the Professional & Technical Communications (PTC) program and officially welcomes student interns Kyle Metz, Nicki Parish, and Jonah Wolfersberger for the summer 2021 semester. Metz, Parish, and Wolfersberger represent the PTC program and will receive real-world communication experience by writing and editing stories and articles centered around surrounding rural communities. They will additionally use their PTC skillsets to assist local businesses through website editing and more. Regarding his internship, Metz states “Rural Reimagined will provide me with a unique learning opportunity, and I am excited to see what the summer holds working with this internship.” Parish adds “I am excited to work with RR to develop my PTC skills and make new connections!” Wolfersberger states “I am very grateful to RR for the opportunity to advance my PTC skills, and I’m looking forward to making an impact on our community.”
