Emmanuel Agbeli to Join the Ghanaian Drum & Dance Ensemble
Emmanuel Agbeli will join the Tech Ghanaian Drum & Dance Ensemble in performance this Saturday, April 26th at 1:30 p.m. in Wattenbarger Auditorium. He is renowned in the world of Ghanaian drum and dance as a superlative teacher and performer.

FEW Nexus NRT Program Accepting Applications for $34k Annual Graduate Fellowship
The Engendering the Spirit of Gadugi at the Food-Energy-Water (FEW) Nexus program is accepting MS and PhD applications for the Fall 2025 semester. Trainees will have a unique opportunity to conduct FEW-related research in one of our partnering communities. Fellowships include tuition, fees, and a $34,000 annual stipend.
Applications are due by Thursday, May 1, with instructions found on the program webpage at https://www.tntech.edu/graduatestudies/students/nrt-nsffellowship.php.

Faculty, staff and the public are invited to attend the Office of Research and Economic Development’s 2nd annual Faculty Innovator Showcase, held on Wednesday, April 23 from 10 a.m. to Noon in Memorial Gym.
This exciting event highlights cutting-edge faculty research and innovation while providing attendees with a unique opportunity to explore groundbreaking work in science, technology, engineering and more. A tradeshow-style showcase will take place from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by faculty presentations from 11 a.m. to noon. Register for this free event here.
