Clement Hall 212This is an opportunity to share your ideas for the future direction and vision of Tech’s general education curriculum. Let us know what skills and knowledge Tennessee Tech graduates should have to best prepare them for their intended careers and their future as informed citizens of the state, region, nation and world. We want to hear from you!
Light refreshments will be provided.
Please encourage your students to attend the meetings held specifically for students. The next student town hall will be Oct. 16 at 11 a.m. in Foundation Hall 161.

Scholarship Application for 2024-2025 Now Open
The general TN Tech Scholarship Application for the 2024-2025 academic year is available now through Friday, Dec. 15, 2023. All students must complete this application in order to be eligible for Tennessee Tech scholarships in the Fall 2024, Spring 2025, and Summer 2025 terms. Due to the wide variety of scholarships available, it is in every student’s best interest to complete their scholarship application every year.
The Scholarship Office encourages campus offices and departments to help remind students to apply for scholarships. Please print and/or distribute the 2024-2025 Scholarship Application Flier in your area as needed. Digital signs should become available to digital sign managers soon. Students can be directed to www.tntech.edu/scholarships/apply for instructions.

This is your opportunity to share your thoughts about what the vision for Tech’s general education curriculum should be. Flower Fund Enrollment 2023
All faculty, administrative, and clerical and support staff at Tech are members of this fund, but the decision to contribute to the fund is completely voluntary. The guidelines for the fund can be found here.
For those who wish to contribute, the rate has been slightly adjusted to a $15 annual donation. You can enroll HERE any time before Friday, Oct. 13. Your contribution will be automatically deducted from the October payroll.
If you enrolled in the Flower and Gift Fund in previous years, the rate will increase to $15 and you do not need to take any action to continue your support, however all current contributors have the option to disenroll using the same above link if they choose.
Thank you for your support of the Flower and Gift Fund.

Tech Football Student Tailgate Registration
Calling all TTU student clubs and organizations! You are invited to the student tailgate lot for the Tennessee Tech Football game on Saturday, October 21 at 1:30 p.m. vs. Southeast Missouri. The theme is Gold Rush, so show your school spirit and wear your gold Tech gear!
Each student club and organization that registers and attends the tailgate will receive one free case of hamburgers, one case of water, and one case of soda.
The student tailgate lot is located between the tennis courts and the 98.5 KISS FM tailgate lot. Student clubs and organizations are welcome to set up in the student tailgate lot any time after 8:00 a.m. on October 21. Tailgate festivities will begin at 10:30 a.m.
Please note that vehicles are not permitted to park in the student tailgate lot. No open flames are permitted.

Evening of Excellence: 2023 Alumni Awards
On Homecoming, we will honor the 2023 Tennessee Tech Alumni Association Award recipients at an Evening of Excellence: W. Antoni Sinkfield, Distinguished Alumnus; Lamar Moore, Outstanding Young Alumnus; Michael and Cigi England, Outstanding Service; and David K. Morgan, Outstanding Philanthropy.
The event is Saturday, Nov. 4, at 6:30 p.m. in the Roaden University Center Multipurpose Room. Tickets are $50 per person through Oct. 19; after Oct. 19 the cost will increase to $70.
