Join the Center for Career Development for the College of Education Career Fair on Thursday, March 21, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Memorial Gym. ALL majors and ALL students are invited to learn about career opportunities with school systems.
Bring plenty of copies of your resume and be prepared to discuss career interests with employers.
Come dressed to impress and have your Eagle Card on hand to obtain a personalized name tag. This event counts toward Gold and Purple Career Readiness Certification!

Undergraduate STEM Research Seminar: Dr. Michael Febbraro, AFIT
Dr. Michael Febbraro from the Department of Engineering Physics at the Air Force Institute of Technology will be visiting this Friday (3/22) to give an Undergraduate STEM Research Seminar: 3D Printing of Radiation Detection Materials. The seminar will be at 4pm in Bruner Hall 210 with snacks served starting at 3:30pm. 26th Annual Celebration of Craft
Join us at the Celebration of Craft on Saturday, April 6 from 10am to 5pm at the Appalachian Center for Craft. This free public event features live jazz, bluegrass and string quartet music, kids’ activities, food trucks, a silent auction and craft sales. In addition, studios will be open to the public, offering demonstrations in blacksmithing, metals, glass, clay, wood and fiber.
