Heating Up the Quad’s Grand Return!!! October 17th from 11am-1pm on the Main Quad. $3 for students and $5 for employees. Purchase your bowl, spoon and napkin then sample it all. Proceeds help support our campus food pantry. There will be healthy options as well. Something for everyone.

Non-Traditional Student Lunch
We want to invite you to join the Non-Traditional Student Organization (NTSO) for its first informal get-together of the fall semester on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in Swoops Food Court (where Chick-fil-A and Starbucks are). Bring your lunch and meet other non-traditional students. Look for Michele and Matthew and the Non-Traditional Student Organization banner. Everyone is welcome! Non-traditional students are defined as being independent for financial aid purposes, having one or more dependents, being a single caregiver, not having a traditional high school diploma, delaying post-secondary enrollment, attending school part-time, and/or being employed full-time. Faculty, staff, and Graduate Students are also welcome!

Bryan Symphony at Dogwood Park
Join the Bryan Symphony Orchestra at Tennessee Tech for its annual free Concert for the Community on September 3, 2023 at 7:00 PM at the Dogwood Park Performance Pavilion. Bring your chairs, blankets, and picnics for an evening of fun for the entire family! The concession stand will be open during the concert as well.
This concert will feature patriotic and classical favorites, along with some pop favorites and even highlights of the orchestra’s 60th Anniversary season, “Discover Your Symphony.”
This concert is made possible by the generous endowment of Dr. Sam and Mrs. Diane Glasgow in memory of their parents.
Pre-concert activities for young audience members will begin in front of the stage at 6:00 PM.
The Bryan Symphony Orchestra features Faculty and Student performers from the School of Music, performing alongside area professionals. The College of Engineering at Tennessee Tech seeks a creative, self-motivated student to assist with semester-long social media projects, including planning and creating social media posts around the college student experience at Tech. They should be available to work 8-10 hours per week; the schedule can be flexible. Open to students from all Tech schools and colleges.

Fab Friday STEM Quest: Level Up!
Join us for our Fab Friday to embark on an epic journey at STEM Quest: Level Up!, where young adventurers will immerse themselves in the thrilling world of video games and discover the magic of STEM. From designing their own virtual worlds to unraveling coding puzzles, this event will ignite their imaginations and level up their knowledge in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. This event will take place Friday, September 8,2023 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Oakley STEM Center. Level Up! is open to students’ grades 3rd-8th who must be attending with a parent or guardian. Tech Volleyball Hosts Invitational presented by Holiday Inn of Cookeville
Join us this weekend as Tech Volleyball hosts the Golden Eagle Invitational presented by Holiday Inn of Cookeville.
Competition starts Friday morning as Tech takes on Eastern Tennessee State University at 10:30 a.m. The Golden Eagles end the night battling Kennesaw State at 7:30 p.m. The invitational will come to a close on Saturday as Tech goes up against Cincinnati at 2:00 p.m. Admission is FREE for all fans!
