  • Title VI Training

    As mandated by the Tennessee Tech Board of Trustees, all University employees must complete Title VI training. To access the training, locate the red tab for Title VI training on the Campus Resources Card in Tech Express.

    The deadline for completing this training is Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

    Completion of this training is a component of employee performance evaluations. Failure to complete the training by the April 1st deadline will result in termination of access to Tennessee Tech computer resources.

    The School of Human Ecology would like to announce that our Friday Cafe is back! We have limited spaces available this semester for the following dates: February 13th, 20th, 27th & March 6th. You may reserve at any time here: School of Human Ecology – Friday Cafe, however we close reservations for meals each week on Wednesdays at noon. Meals are $8.50 per person for carry out or dine in.     IDEA Course Evaluation Report Session with IARE – February 20

    Get the most out of your course evaluation reports. The Office of Institutional Assessment, Research, & Effectiveness (IARE) will be hosting a session on interpreting your IDEA course evaluation reports. This session will review the components for the IDEA report and the types of scores and comparisons provided in the report. Instructors will gain a greater understanding of how the SLOs selected for their courses impact the summary evaluation score and the five key questions that IDEA course evaluations seek to answer. Join us for this online training session on Friday, February 20, at 11AM.

    The Human Resources Office, currently located in the Library, Room 360, will relocate to its permanent location in Derryberry Hall, Room 146, on Wednesday, February 11.  During the relocation, the HR office will be closed from 1-4:30 on the 11th.
