Application Deadline Extended for Graduate NRT Fellowship Program
The Fall 2025 application deadline for the Engendering the Spirit of Gadugi at the Food-Energy-Water Nexus graduate fellowship program has been extended to Monday, May 12 at 11:59 p.m. Fellowships include tuition, fees, and a $34,000 annual stipend. Application instructions can be found on the program webpage at https://www.tntech.edu/graduatestudies/students/nrt-nsffellowship.php.

Free Vaccines Anyone? Join Tech’s ESTAR Sanos in Monterey on May 3rd
Get ready for summer gatherings and catch up on your vaccinations in Monterey on Saturday, May 3rd from 9am to 2pm. The event is hosted by Burks Elementary at 300 Crossville Street in partnership with Tech’s ESTAR Sanos – Be Healthy outreach program, Health Heroes, and Life Church DUO Medical Mission.
This free clinic offers vaccines for Flu, COVID, Shingles, adult Pneumonia vaccine, and T-DaP – for Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Whooping Cough.

Register now for the CITL’s 2025 Summer Intensive – Harnessing the Power of AI in Education on Monday, May 12th from 8 AM-12:30 PM. Participants can join in person in the IDEAL Classroom or via Microsoft Teams. This workshop gives educators across the state an opportunity to explore AI in the classroom through interactive sessions, helpful resources, and an informative discussion panel. Rented Textbooks Due May 8th!
If you rented textbooks from the University Store they are due back May 8th! If you no longer need them for your class/exam you may return them before that date. Remember that books should be returned in reusable condition and NO water/liquid damage. Store hours for finals week:
Monday – Wednesday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm; Thursday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm; Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Course Material Information Is Due To The Bookstore
The semester is almost over! Have you submitted course material information for your Summer and Fall classes? If not, please do so before you leave campus for the summer. For Summer we are at 87% summited course materials and Fall we are at 75% submitted course materials. If you know what you are using, but are not familiar with AIP, you can submit an email (srdavis@bncollege.com) or stop in the store.
