As the academic year concludes, students should please ensure they collect all personal packages from Mail Services before departing campus for the summer. Any unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender on May 11.

Distinction in Chemistry Research Seminar- April 30
Senior chemistry major Sydney Decatur will present her Distinction in Chemistry Research presentation on Thursday, April 30 at 11 a.m. in LSC 1207. Sydney’s presentation “Dust, Fertilizer, Candles, and Carbon Capture: My Journey Through Analytical Chemistry Research at Tennessee Tech” will cover her research at Tech under Dr. Andrew Callender and at an ORNL summer internship, as well as her experiences in the Chemistry Department and on campus. Canvas Workshops: Quizzes and Grading
Join the Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning this week for our two Canvas workshops. On Tuesday, April 28 from 9:00-10:00 AM we will cover New Quiz Essentials within Canvas. Then, on Thursday, April 30 from 9:30-10:30 AM, we will take a look at Grading & Feedback along with the Canvas Gradebook. Recordings of all sessions are available on the CITL website. Last GSC Craft Club of Spring 2026, Today!
Join the Gretta Stanger Center for our last GSC Craft Club of the semester today (Tuesday, April 28) from 11-12:00pm in RUC 339. Craft Club is aimed to give a dedicated time and space, once a month, for creative engagement, peer connection and collaboration. Much like our past “socials” but with a creative twist! Bring your own project from home or work on a semesterly group project. This will be our last group meeting for spring 2026.

The Clothesline Project 2026- Open Walk Through, Today!
Join the Gretta Stanger Center for The Clothesline Project today (Tuesday, April 28) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Tech Pride Room of the RUC. The Clothesline Project displays handmade shirts bearing witness to interpersonal violence in our community, and each shirt is decorated to represent a particular survivor’s experience. Esports Club End of Semester Bash
Join the Esports Club as we celebrate the end of the year! The club is meeting on Thursday, April 30 in Bruner 228 from 7pm-9pm. It is potluck style, bring something if you can, but catering from Chick-fil-a is also provided. Take a break and hang out! We will be electing new club officers, congratulating our graduating seniors, and highlighting our successes this year at VOLAN (our annually attended LAN).
