Mayberry Lecturer – Dr. Ron Marston
The 2022 Mayberry Lecture will be presented by Dr. Ron Marston on October 27, 2022, in the Johnson Hall Auditorium at 11:00am. Dr. Marston has more than 45 years of experience and success in international healthcare. He is respected around the world as an authority on international healthcare trends and operations. Through his leadership, HCCA Management Company’s growth and success has spanned the decades, in spite of economic and political change.

All Ladies in Civil Engineering Hosting Linda Sullivan from CIA
All Ladies in Civil Engineering (ALICE) will be hosting Linda Sullivan, a Tech alum, as our environmental speaker on Friday October 28th from 11:30am to 12:30pm in Prescott 226. All ladies who are majoring in Civil Engineering or who would like to major in civil engineering are welcome to attend.
Linda Sullivan, the president of CIA (Civil Infrastructure Associates), has 23 years of experience as a civil engineer with a focus in water treatment, supply systems, wastewater collection, and treatment systems. She also has lots of experience in project management such as alternative evaluation, engineering reports, and construction administration and observations.

Rotaract Club Sweatshirt Sale
Hey guys. The Tennessee Tech Rotaract Club is doing a sweatshirt sale in order to raise funds for the club to expand their service opportunities. Meditation and Journaling self care workshop with ASPIRES and Deanna Lack
Join Tech ASPIRES and Deanna Lack for a wonderful relaxation and self care workshop. Deanna is the minister of the Cookeville Unitarian Universalist Congregation as well as a certified meditation teacher and a writer. She will instruct participants in using music, mindfulness, breath, imagery, and writing to calm mind and body, relieve stress, and learn new tools to add to our self care ‘tool boxes’. Phi Epsilon Kappa Exercise Science Fraternity is excited to offer a sit down personal student panel for students in Exercise Science.
Interested in learning on how to get into physical therapy, occupational therapy, physicians assistant, athletic training school, or any expw grad school? Come enjoy free pizza and a student panel with students that are going into these programs! Anyone interested in Exercise science is encouraged to come!
This event will take place on November 2nd at 5 pm in Memorial Gym Room 112 (walk in the front doors and to the right!)
All exercise science majors and anyone interested in switching in EXPW, or anyone planning to go into these programs but has a different major is welcome to come to get insight from students who have been accepted into these types of programs.

HISTORY CLUB BOOK SALE IN THE CENTENNIAL PLAZA THIS WEEK
Don’t miss the best deal on campus! The History Club is hosting their annual book sale this week from Tuesday, October 25th through Wednesday, October 26th from 9am-4pm in Centennial Plaza. Paperbacks are $1 and hardbacks are $3. Grab a book on your way to class, support your campus clubs, and come out to meet us!

Halloswing- Friday 10/28
Join Swing Dance Club on Friday, October 28th @8:00 pm for a night of dancing. We will be playing some halloween songs that you can swing dance to or just come listen to. We will also have a photo booth so costumes are encouraged! There will be free T-shirts and snacks, so swing by and check it out.
The event will be in the Dance Studio on the bottom floor of the Memorial Gym.
