Tennessee Tech Introduces Forage – Job Simulations Platform
Forage is a FREE online resource that offers virtual day-in-the-life experience programs designed by leading companies. Through this platform, students engage in self-paced online learning programs that simulate the work performed in different roles at different companies through interactive, hypothetical tasks. Forage offers 300+ job simulations with over 125 employers. Forage is ideal for first-year connections courses or courses with a career immersion component. Nominations Sought For Caplenor Faculty Research Award
The Caplenor Faculty Research Award is Tennessee Tech’s highest honor bestowed upon its faculty. The deadline for submitting nominations for the 2024-2025 Caplenor Faculty Research Award is Friday, November 29, 2024. No individual may nominate more than one person. Complete guidelines and the nomination form are contained on the Office of Research’s home page at the link below.

Tennessee Tech Women’s Basketball Welcomes North Alabama
Head to the Hooper Eblen Center on Sunday, November 10 at your Golden Eagles take on the Lions of North Alabama at 1:00 p.m. It’s Camper Appreciation Day! Kids can wear their camp t-shirt for free admission! There will also be face painting and balloon art sponsored by Pepsi!

CyberEagles: FBI Guest Speaker
CyberEagles will be hosting a guest speaker from the FBI at 11 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 7, in Prescott Hall 215. Andrew graduated Tennessee Tech with a M.S. and B.S. in Computer Science and has served in the FBI over 3 years full time as a Computer Scientist and as a prior intern. During his time, he has worked on investigations ranging from financial fraud and hospital ransomware to espionage and counterterrorism. Free food and drinks will be provided!
