    The Computer Science Graduate Student Club is back with the Spring 2021 Seminar Series. Andrew McDole, a Computer Science MS student, is going to hold the first seminar, where he will be talking about “Cloud Malware Detection using Deep Learning.” Andrew will be presenting over the following MS Teams session on Thursday, Feb 11 from 3 – 4 PM.

    We will have a guest speaker Hannah Buckner, the founder of our club, speaking about how she started her very own dog training business!   • Accounting Club Meeting on February 4th!

    Join the Accounting Club for our first meeting of the semester on February 4th during dead hour (11:00 – 11:50 am) in Johnson Hall 103 or through the Microsoft Teams link  on our Instagram page @TnTechAcctClub. We will be discussing our meeting schedule for the semester and other important information, so be ready to hear many exciting details of what we have planned for you!     Information about us: The Accounting Club is a student-run organization designed for students who want to explore accounting as a major, and all students are invited. By joining our meetings, you get the opportunity to speak to and hear from students who are currently accounting majors and accounting professionals who know what it takes to be an accountant in the real world.

    The CyberEagles are excited to announce our first featured speaker this semester: Stephanie Olsen, Customer Trust Leader at Netflix!

    Stephanie has been in the security, fraud, and abuse space for over a decade, leading teams and driving strategies to combat complex and complicated attacks at companies such as Google and Pinterest. She currently leads the Customer Trust team at Netflix, focused on building and maintaining member trust while defending against harmful acts. Alongside her industry experience, Stephanie is President of the WiCyS Silicon Valley affiliate and is passionate about advancing women as cybersecurity professionals.

    We are very excited to host Stephanie, and we hope you will be able to join us.

  • BIDE changes meeting days/times!!

    BIDE changes meeting days/times!!

    BIDE will now be meeting on a new day/time this semester. BIDE meetings will be held on Wednesday afternoons at 4:00pm. Our first Wednesday meeting is on February 3. The rest of the meeting dates for the semester are as follows: February 17, March 3 & 24, and April 7 & 21.
