  • Alpha Phi Omega Service Project

    Alpha Phi Omega invites any interested student to join us on Monday evening between 5 – 7 pm in the student lounge area in front of Einstein Bagels for a service project. We’ll be making cards for residents of a local nursing home. Pleaser stop by and meet us!

    Alpha Phi Omega is the nation’s largest community service organization with over 12,000 active student members and almost 400 chapters across the United States and Canada, as well as the Philippines. The organization also boasts a large alumni network of over 500,000 alumni. We are currently looking for interested students — men and women — to join us as charter members of the chapter at Tennessee Tech.

    Bonjour tout le monde! Hello everyone! The French Club will be hosting its first meeting of the semester during Dead Hour on September 2nd in Oakley 219. Some past group activities have included: Zombie Potluck, Trivia Night, Movie Nights, and many more activities!     Did you play oboe or bassoon in high-school? Have you always been fascinated by the complexity of double reed instruments? Do you want to hang out with a group of musicians just as passionate about music as you are?

    If you answered “Yes!” to any of these questions, the Double Reeds of Tennessee Tech University might be the club for you! Our first meeting (ever!) will be on Friday, August 27th at 7pm in BFA room 255.

  • Baja SAE Team Informational Meeting

    Your TN Tech Baja SAE Team will host its first meeting of the year Wednesday, August 25th at 6PM in Prescott 215. This meeting is for anyone wanting to join the team. Any TN Tech student can join as long as they are in good academic standing at the University. We will be going over more information on the team as well as take you on a tour of our shops.     Alpha Phi Omega invites any students interested in community service to join us this week to learn more about our organization. We’re hosting informational meetings in:

    Monday, Aug 23 — 6 pm — LSC 1211
    Tuesday, Aug 24 — 11 am — TJ Farr 106

    Alpha Phi Omega is the world’s largest international community service organization with over 350 chapters in the United States, Canada and the Philippines. We have over 500,000 alumni that have planned millions of hours of service projects, including disaster relief, blood drives, donation drives, and more!

    Wed are currently expanding and adding a new chapter here at Tennessee Tech University. We would love to have any interested student join us.
