    This vaccine flyer contains important information on how to use your insurance benefits to get the pneumococcal vaccine at no cost.       • Reviewing banking account information for suspicious activity
      • Directing suspicious email requests to Information Technology Services
      • Refraining from supplying log-in credentials or personally identifying information in response to any email
      • Taking measures to protect your sensitive information and data; such as multifactor authentication
    • “Thinking Before You Click” on links and emails

    Academic Affairs is pleased to announce a new grant-funded opportunity available through a newly established faculty academy, the Academy for Course and Program Development. This Academy will infuse faculty development with best practices in instructional design support to assist faculty, departments, and colleges, with rapid course and program development and delivery to ensure course quality and optimal student engagement.

      • Intent to submit opens today, Nov. 21, 2022.
      • Full Proposals are due February 21, 2023.
    • Informational sessions will be held on Nov. 30, Dec. 12, and Jan. 11.

    The Tennessee Tech University Counseling Center will be closed December 12-14 to allow staff to transition to workspaces in Foundation Hall. The counseling center will be temporarily located in Foundation Hall room 117 as the counseling center will be undergoing a renovation.     Fall 2022 iLearn Semester Wrap-Up

    The end of the semester is the time to prepare iLearn courses for copying components to the next semester’s courses. In this session, we will discuss the exact procedures for adding, deleting, and modifying content topics, quizzes, assignments, discussions, and other iLearn
    components. Lastly, we will elaborate on the steps for selecting specific items to be copied as well as how to manage or offset start, end, and due dates.
